Position:<\/b>  Deckhand             
Department:<\/b>  Tree Tops Outdoor Pool
 
Primary Responsibilities:<\/b> (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
<\/i> Provide customer service - set ups, Food\/Beverage
 Ability to anticipate guest's needs
 Readily available to serve at all times while performing a multitude of duties
 Continuous cleaning of area of responsibility<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondary Responsibilities:
<\/b> Teamwork assistance with guests
 Daily preparation work for guests' service
 Heavy and light cleaning done daily and weekly<\/span><\/p>\n

Normal Working Hours:<\/b> (Shift, days)
<\/i> Mostly day shifts - some evenings
 Times of day will vary<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria<\/i><\/b><\/span>

Past Work Experience Requirements:<\/b> (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)
<\/i> Food and beverage experience preferred
 Customer service experience preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

Educational Requirements:<\/b> (Degree\/Certification, highest required\/preferred, field of study)
<\/i> High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
 Some college preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

Communication Skills Requirements:<\/b> (Verbal: phone, in\-person, group; Written: memos, documents)
<\/i> Excellent grammar and verbal skills
 Friendly, outgoing personality
 Maturity
 Self assurance<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical Requirements:
<\/b> Good organizational skills
 Aid with daily and weekly ordering<\/span><\/p>\n

Required Supervision:<\/b> (Reports to, Supervision provided, number of people to supervise)
<\/i> Supervision is provided. Reports to the Pool Managers<\/span><\/p>\n

Other Requirements:
<\/b> Consistent demonstration of the Ten Essential Attributes
 Flexibility to work schedules that are adjusted daily
 Must assume responsibilities of Locker Room, Greeter, and Food Runner if needed<\/span><\/p>\n
