Part-Time Front Desk & Showroom Associate

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)

Pay: $19.30–$22 per hour, depending on experience

About Us

Azari Rug Gallery is a family-owned luxury rug gallery that has served Colorado for over 35 years. We specialize in hand-knotted rugs, professional rug washing, and restoration. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to be the face of our showroom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule rug cleaning, pickup, delivery, and consultation appointments
• Respond to customer emails and messages
• Process sales, invoices, and customer payments
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist customers with basic product questions
• Perform general administrative and office tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred

Schedule

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Must be available to work 2–3 weekdays and Saturdays
• Typical showroom hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
