Triplepoint Environmental is looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician /Manufacturing Technician  to support our production operations at our Centennial, CO headquarters.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll support production and warehouse operations across assembly, quality, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to meet daily goals and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
  • Work efficiently on the production line to meet timelines
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
  • Complete quality assurance testing on assembled products
  • Maintain proper storage of materials and product inventory
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery and tools
  • Move materials or completed products to staging or storage areas
  • Support additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
  • Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with the company HSE program

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or production (Preferred)
  • Forklift certification or experience operating sit-down forklifts (Preferred)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic computer skills (for documentation and inventory tasks)
  • Dependability, initiative, and a team-first mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on the floor

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • This role requires up to 10% travel to client or field sites to perform onsite service, which is an essential function of the position. Reasonable accommodations will be considered to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform this function

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package for our Assembly Technicians, including:

  • Hourly pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience
