How You Will Make An Impact
- Architect, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow workflows supporting Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and Shared Services.
- Build scalable Employee Center, Service Catalog, case management, request management, portal, approval, notification, and self-service capabilities.
- Develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, forms, notifications, and portal components.
- Design secure bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Workday using IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven patterns.
- Build integrations supporting supplier data, employee information, financial structures, approval hierarchies, procurement activity, and finance transactions.
- Own data mapping, transformation, synchronization, monitoring, reconciliation, and exception-handling processes across connected systems.
- Extend ServiceNow tables, data models, APIs, and IntegrationHub Spokes while maintaining reusable and supportable platform patterns.
- Apply a configuration-first, platform-first approach that limits unnecessary customization and reduces technical debt.
- Develop advanced solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JSON/XML processing, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Incorporate ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and generative AI features into employee-facing workflows.
- Help integrate adjacent conversational and enterprise AI technologies such as Moveworks, IBM watsonx, or comparable orchestration platforms.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, integration failures, performance issues, and application defects while performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventive improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, source control, and release management.
- Create technical design documentation, runbooks, support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, Shared Services, enterprise architecture, and external technology providers.
Do you bring proven success in ServiceNow enterprise workflow and integration development?
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise integration experience, including IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
- Approximately 5+ years developing enterprise workflows, Service Catalog solutions, portals, and case/request management applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes spanning Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, and Employee Services.
- 4+ years of experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday with enterprise platforms.
- Advanced hands-on ServiceNow development experience using:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Flow Designer
- Scripted REST APIs
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- IntegrationHub
- JSON/XML
- Data transformations
- Strong understanding of integration and API security, including OAuth 2.0, certificates, and API keys.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, or generative AI functionality.
- Experience with conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and intelligent service delivery.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflow automation is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, or comparable enterprise AI platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with Employee Center and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another technical discipline preferred; advanced education is valued.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work across business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and external partners.
