Tech Support Professionals

Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)

Key Objective:

Wipe out physical devices (hundreds), claim devices / ship devices (hundreds), support regular IT tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS (and Windows, if applicable) endpoints, including imaging, MDM enrollment, and hardware lifecycle management
• Manage user identity and access requests through Okta, including SSO, MFA enrollment, group/role assignments, and troubleshooting authentication issues
• Support and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and other remote access tooling for a distributed/hybrid workforce
• Administer and support core SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence) including account provisioning and deprovisioning tied to the employee lifecycle

Skillset:

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations role, ideally at a fast-moving tech company
• Hands-on experience supporting MacOS in a corporate environment (Jamf or similar MDM strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of Okta or a comparable identity provider (SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning)
• Experience troubleshooting VPN and network connectivity issues, particularly Palo Alto GlobalProtect or similar remote access solutions
• Familiarity with modern SaaS/collaboration stacks (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
