As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading the floor, supporting your nursing team, and providing top-notch care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Help lead the floor, supporting your nursing team and providing quality resident care

• Communicate with physicians and families to ensure our residents receive the attention and clinical oversight they deserve

• Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of care, staying organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

• Provide strong clinical skills, teamwork, and positive energy to our facility

• Assist with Wound Care

Requirements:

• Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 6a-6p

• Current Texas RN

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused attitude

• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
