Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Our team-oriented environment is designed to support your growth and development, and we welcome new graduates and walk-ins to join our family!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies

• Supervise and delegate tasks to certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and other staff members

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas RN License

• Valid CPR Certification

• I.V. Certification Preferred

• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
