Responsibilities:
• Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair, highlighting the various hairstyles they can achieve simply with our various jewelry items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail experience, preferably in hair-related products.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and empathetic.
• Loves interacting with people and creating connections.
• Strong at sales without being pushy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
