Position Summary
Avidity Integrated Care is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented HR/Onboarding Specialist to support employee onboarding, compliance tracking, and personnel record management. This position will help ensure that new hires complete all required documentation, screenings, and training before beginning employment and remain compliant throughout their employment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, maintaining confidential records, communicating with employees, and managing multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process for new employees
• Track completion of required orientation and training assignments
• Review uploaded documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Verify professional driver's licenses, certifications, vehicle registrations, education, and other credentials as required
• Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, registrations, CPR credentials, screenings, and required employee documents
• Notify employees and leadership of upcoming expirations or missing requirements
• Maintain organized electronic and physical employee personnel files
• Assist with organizing and auditing client records and administrative files
• Follow up with new hires regarding incomplete onboarding tasks or missing documentation
• Maintain employee onboarding and compliance tracking spreadsheets or electronic systems
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, education verification, and other pre-employment requirements
• Protect the confidentiality of employee and client information
• Support routine HR, compliance, and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous experience in human resources, onboarding, healthcare administration, compliance, or office management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and follow up consistently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic filing systems, and web-based employee platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or human services setting is preferred
Schedule
This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and may be arranged based on organizational needs and the selected candidate’s availability. A potential schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
