What You'll Do

Every shift brings something different. As an Avert Security Officer, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting vehicle and foot patrols to deter criminal activity
• Controlling access to properties and verifying authorized personnel
• Remaining alert for suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Responding quickly and professionally to emergencies and incidents
• Maintaining order during special events and high-traffic situations
• Completing accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• ️ Protecting clients, employees, visitors, and property
• Delivering exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, motivated professionals who:

• Hold a valid Oklahoma CLEET Security License (Required)
• Have excellent observation and decision-making skills
• Stay calm and confident under pressure
• Communicate professionally with clients and the public
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Professional report writing abilities
