Your Day-to-Day

• Provide hands-on personal care in your client's home - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and daily routine assistance
• Follow the care plan and communicate clearly about any changes in your client's condition or scheduling needs
• Build a consistent, trusting relationship with your client and their family
• Maintain reliable attendance and a calm, professional presence in every home

What You Need

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (must appear on the NJ CHHA Registry)
• Ability to work independently in a private duty home care setting
• Reliable transportation for a case in the Salem area
• Dependable attendance and sound professional judgment
