Job Title: HR Specialist (Benefits & Compliance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with strong experience in Benefits Administration and HR Compliance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage employee benefits programs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and regulations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle employee queries related to benefits, policies, and HR procedures
  • Assist in audits, reporting, and compliance reviews
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for benefits management
  • Support HR operations and process improvements
  • Strong knowledge in employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits, or compliance
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
