Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Customer Service / Logistics Clerk for a client based in Pasadena, Texas.
Pay Rate
$16.00 to $20.00 per hour (Depends on experience)

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)Â

Customer Service / Logistics Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments
• Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status
• Enter and process freight orders accurately
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading
• Arrange and schedule deliveries with drivers and carriers
• Operate and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software
Customer Service / Logistics Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
 • 4 plus years of extensive customer service/logistics skills
 • Proficiency with SAP Warehouse Management Systems
 • Previous warehouse experience required
 • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
 • Drug test and background check required
