About the role

Join us in the greater Starkville, MS area as a full-time, direct-hire Industrial Robotics Integration Engineer. Your day will be a blend of coding, commissioning, and optimizing robotic workcells and automated equipment on a modern manufacturing floor—keeping lines running smoothly and safely while unlocking new efficiencies.

What you will do
  • Program, integrate, and fine-tune industrial robots and automated manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues across robots, PLCs, and associated automation hardware/software.
  • Drive process automation initiatives, from concept through deployment and optimization.
Schedule & work style
  • 4 x 10s, Tuesday–Friday
  • No travel required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls, mechatronics, software engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Industrial robotics background—Fanuc preferred; Kuka, Yaskawa Motoman, ABB, or other platforms are also welcome.
  • PLC experience—Allen Bradley preferred; other PLC ecosystems accepted.
  • Track record in industrial manufacturing environments.
