Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Warranty Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling vehicle service contracts and extended warranty products to customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone/email / online leads
  • Explain the benefits and coverage options of extended warranties/vehicle service contracts/protection plans
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate warranty plans
  • Accurately document customer information and sales activity in CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
  • Maintain compliance with company policies/state regulations
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales/call center sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced / commission-based environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM / dialer systems
