What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service team member at Austin Roller Rink, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assisting guests with skate rentals and ensuring proper fit.
• Answering questions about our services, events, and policies.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the rink.
• Handling transactions at the front desk or concession stand.
• Supporting team members to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
