Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in both English and Spanish
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Maintain student records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support admissions and management with daily office needs

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
