Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: New York, San Francisco, or Remote (US)

Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 + Equity

We're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to help customers deploy and scale AI-powered software in production environments.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their challenges, design technical solutions, build integrations, and drive successful deployments. This role combines software engineering, problem-solving, and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements
• Design and implement production-ready solutions
• Build integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party systems
• Deploy and support AI-powered workflows and applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience building and deploying production systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

• Enterprise software experience
• AI/LLM application experience
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Data platforms such as Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, or Databricks
• Customer-facing engineering experience
