Major Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
• Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
• Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

Training and/or Experience Required

• License/Registration/Certification required: Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
• Education required: Master's degree in nursing
• Experience required: No experience required
