We’re looking for a senior-level Tech Lead who can provide hands-on technical leadership across multi-platform and cross-functional systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding development efforts, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and provide technical direction on large, highly complex, enterprise-wide projects. This includes FAST integration, Java-based services, Salesforce solutions, and underwriting systems to enable scalable, efficient, and data-driven life insurance operations across the Life Operating Model
• Serve as a technical expert in applications systems analysis, software architecture, and programming
• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain enterprise applications and services, including Java-based solutions and system integrations
• Drive solutions across the full SDLC, from requirements and architecture through implementation and support
• Design, implement, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability
• Develop and maintain automation and testing scripts, and analyze results to improve system quality and reliability
• Plan and implement security measures to safeguard systems and data
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and modernization efforts
• Create and maintain system documentation and models using standard techniques (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, process flows)
• Mentor and guide team members while promoting development best practices
