Sales Associate - Hospitality Experience Welcome

Aurelius Consulting Group is hiring a Sales Associate to bring that same instinct to a new setting, representing well-known brands face-to-face at events and retail activations across Boston.
Where Your Hospitality Skills Come In
Hospitality work means staying attentive, thinking on your feet, and delivering good service even when things get busy. This role uses those exact instincts in a different environment: instead of tables or check-ins, you'll be engaging customers directly at promotional events and pop-ups, offering product knowledge, and helping create the kind of positive experience that keeps people coming back to a brand.
What You'll Do

  • Greet and engage customers directly, offering product knowledge and real-time support
  • Represent top-tier brands at promotional events, pop-ups, and retail activations
  • Deliver a strong customer experience that builds loyalty and brand recognition
  • Recommend relevant products and services with confidence and professionalism
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate with the team to keep events running smoothly
