About the Role

Aurea Advertising is a growing South Florida web design and digital marketing startup helping local businesses strengthen their online presence and generate more customers.

We’re looking for ambitious, outgoing people to join our sales team. This is a commission-based role with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential—ideal for college students, aspiring sales professionals, or anyone who wants real-world sales experience while being rewarded directly for performance.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to local business owners through phone, email, and other channels
• Introduce Aurea’s website and digital marketing services
• Identify businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website
• Qualify interested prospects
• Schedule sales meetings with qualified business owners
• Track outreach and follow-ups
• Develop real-world prospecting, communication, and sales skills
