Role Summary
The Traffic Control Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing yard operations, and ensuring traffic control materials are available and properly accounted for.

Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Load and unload traffic control materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory records.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Organize and maintain yard appearance and cleanliness.
Track material movement and equipment usage.
Prepare materials for field deployment.
Inspect equipment and report damage or shortages.
Operate forklifts and yard equipment as trained.
Support receiving and shipping activities.
Maintain safe work practices throughout yard operations.
Experience & Physical Requirements
Experience with inventory, warehouse, or yard operations preferred.
Ability to load, unload, and move materials safely.
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, traffic, and moving equipment
Ability to work near active roadways and traffic conditions
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and travel as required based on business needs
