Role Description The Salesperson role at Atrium at Gainesville is a full-time, on-site position based in Gainesville, FL. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting available properties, and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily activities include conducting property tours, following up on leads, responding to inquiries, preparing basic sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves collaborating with team members, staying informed about local market trends, and representing the company professionally at all times. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term relationships with clients and support overall sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including experience handling leads, presenting offerings, and supporting closing activities.

  • Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and a professional appearance appropriate for client-facing work.
