Overview Our client is a rapidly growing, U.S.-based education company helping students break into healthcare careers through a structured MRI training program. With a strong flow of inbound interest, they are building a high-performance enrollment team focused on converting qualified candidates into enrolled students. We're hiring an Enrollment Sales Specialist to own candidate conversations and drive enrollments through high-quality, phone-based sales interactions.
This is a high-ticket, high-impact sales role — ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and consistently ranks in the top 1%. Your Role As an Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will act as a key revenue driver, owning your pipeline of inbound leads and converting them into enrolled students. This is a conversion-focused role.
We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and motivated by hitting targets — while still delivering a strong candidate experience. You will be responsible for moving candidates efficiently through the funnel, from initial conversation to final enrollment.
