Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients’ impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery.
  • Implement various therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and educational strategies for pain management and mobility enhancement.
  • Instruct patients and their families on exercise regimens, home care practices, and the importance of adherence to treatment plans to enable independence.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to maximize functional outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of clinical documentation and adhere to standardized medical terminology in compliance with clinic protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of patient treatment are addressed.
  • Engage in continuous learning and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and technologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with an outpatient population, focusing on orthopedic patients, which may include individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. A strong emphasis will be placed on geriatric rehabilitation, though all age groups will be served as needed. Your role will significantly influence their long-term recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid Colorado license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and a variety of physical therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing effective education delivery and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a vital part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits
