We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers from all 48 states for reefer freight.

We offer consistent freight, long-haul miles, reliable dispatch support, and flexible home-time options. We are looking for professional drivers who are dependable, safety-minded, and experienced with OTR operations.

SCHEDULE

Choose from the following schedules:

• 3 weeks OTR / 5 days home
• 4 weeks OTR / 1 week home

Routes operate throughout all 48 states.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Reefer trailers equipped with Thermo King S600/S700 units
• Professional and respectful work environment
• Transparent operation with access to load emails, invoices, and office information
• 1099 Contractor position

COMPENSATION

• $0.75 per mile OR 30% of gross

DEDUCTIONS

• Occupational insurance: $42/week
• $2,500 refundable security deposit, collected at $250/week for 10 weeks

• PrePass
• Tablet for ELD
• Road-facing safety camera only
• Tools
• Fuel card — Relay system

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Clean and safe driving history preferred
• Professional communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to meet delivery appointments and deadlines

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
