At Atlas Agency, we help individuals and families make confident financial decisions through education, protection, and wealth-building strategies. As a High-Ticket Sales Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their goals, uncover financial gaps, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. This role is built around a simple but powerful process: Fact Find, Diagnose, Recommend, and Close. You will be trained to lead meaningful conversations, ask the right questions, and help clients make informed decisions that can create long-term financial security.
This is a remote, performance-based opportunity for someone who is coachable, driven, and looking for more than a traditional sales role. You will have the ability to start part-time, grow into full-time, and eventually move into leadership and team building as your results increase. At Atlas, your income is tied directly to your impact, and we provide the training, mentorship, systems, and growth path to help you build both a career and a business.

Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom
• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program)
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales system
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude regardless of external circumstances
• Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and hit weekly activity targets
