Work Environment

This remote position not only offers flexibility regarding working hours but also allows clinicians to customize their caseloads between 10 to 30 billable hours weekly. All client interactions will be conducted via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for clients while still fostering collaboration among staff through virtual group consultations. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest DSM criteria, to assess mental health needs of individuals and families.
  • Provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy across various modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Implement and manage crisis interventions, develop treatment plans, and coordinate continuity of care tailored to the clinical and emotional needs of clients.
  • Deliver specialized counseling in areas such as couples therapy, addiction support, stress management, and relationship counseling.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on patient assessments and treatment planning to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Document therapy sessions in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, maintaining clear and concise records for follow-up evaluations.
  • Participate in internal team meetings to discuss challenging cases, share best practices, and facilitate professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses. The diverse client population values accessibility to qualified mental health professionals, and you will have the opportunity to provide telehealth services that meet their unique needs across Colorado.

Qualifications
  • A valid LMFT license or Psy.D. in good standing to practice in Colorado.
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly in a clinical setting.
  • Proven experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and practices.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies.
  • Previous involvement in collaborative interdisciplinary clinical environments.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and experience of the clinician. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with malpractice insurance.
