Job Description: The Customer Service Associate provides efficient, and courteous customer service, follows all company policies and procedures according to handbook, and sells products to individuals in a high volume convenience store/Foodservice outlet. This individual helps to maintain a clean, customer friendly environment inside and outside the store. The role of the Customer Service Associate can include night, weekend, and holiday hours. As a customer service associate, you will work in an environment that encourages your development and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
• Greets and interacts with new and regular guests in a sincere manner and suggests products that complement purchase to enhance the Customer experience.
• Rings up customers on Point of Sale system and balances cash and inventory transactions.
• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
• Resolves and when necessary escalates customer complaints.
• Focuses on collaboration and teamwork as a part of the store team.
Experience
• Cleans in and outside of store including but not limited to sweeping the parking lot, Cleaning pumps, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning counters, emptying trash, cleaning rest rooms, filling water valets at the pump, replacing pay-at-the-pump receipt paper, etc).
• Stocks coolers and shelves on sales floor.
• Replenish supplies as needed for customer use.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by store leadership.

• Possesses the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job.
• Works well with the general public.
• Acts with customers in mind always and is dedicated to meeting their expectations.
