Join our dynamic team as a Packaging Associate at our facility located in Corfu, NY, 14036! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the packaging process, ensuring that our products are prepared for shipment with care and precision. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you! 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-2:30pm and 2nd shift 2pm-12:30pm with some overtime.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently package products according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
