A respected community healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee key HR functions while helping build a supportive, high-performing workplace culture.

What You’ll Do
As the Human Resources Manager, you will guide and manage the organization’s HR programs and services while ensuring compliance and supporting employees at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage Human Resources operations, programs, and policies
- Oversee recruiting, benefits, compensation, and performance management processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and HR best practices
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee Workers’ Compensation administration and safety initiatives
- Support HR policy development and process improvement
- Manage employee training and compliance programs
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems
- Review exit interviews and identify retention improvement opportunities
- Support employee wellness, engagement, and culture initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources management experience - in Healthcare, FQHC's or Nonprofit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships across departments and leadership teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or community health organization experience
- Experience supporting multi-department or multi-site teams
- Benefits administration and COBRA knowledge
- Experience leading HR investigations and compliance initiatives
