Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses and rotary die cutters (rotor), with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic press machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materials
- Operate rotary die cutters (rotor) as part of the flexo printing process
- Perform press checks, adjust settings, and ensure accurate color matching and registration
- Monitor production runs to detect problems and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press and die cutting equipment
- Previous experience operating a flexographic press and rotary die cutter (rotor)
- Ability to read and understand production specs and color requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
