Your Role Includes:

• Providing personal care and support under RN supervision

• Assisting with safe transfers, ambulation, and personal hygiene

• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition

• Supporting nutrition, hydration, and comfort measures

• Promoting dignity and respect in every interaction

• Following infection control and safety protocols

• Documenting care accurately and timely

What You’ll Need:

• CNA certification (required)

• Valid Texas driver’s license

• 1+ year of experience in hospice, home health, SNF, or hospital setting (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a heart for service

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
