Join Our Team at Foam Caf Barista/Bartender Caf Attendant

Department: Food & Beverage
Location: The LineUp at Wai Kai (?Ewa Beach, HI)
Status: Part-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Bring your energy, aloha spirit, and love for great coffee to our team!
Were looking for a friendly and reliable Barista/Bartender Caf Attendant to join the Foam Caf crew at The LineUp at Wai Kai. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering top-notch service.

What Youll Do

  • Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and positive caf experience

  • Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food items to recipe and presentation standards

  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using our POS system

  • Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and organization of all caf areas

  • Support caf operations by completing opening and closing duties, restocking, and cleaning

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and security policies

  • Be a team player and jump in wherever needed to keep the caf running smoothly

What Were Looking For

  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills

  • Ability to work on your feet and stay upbeat in a lively, fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills for cash handling

  • Honolulu Liquor Commission Blue Card and ServSafe Certification required (can be obtained upon hire)

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous barista, bartending, or food service experience preferred
