We are looking for a Full-time/Part-Time Personal Trainers!

Personal Trainer Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions and group fitness classes for members of all fitness levels- Create, update, and manage client profiles to track progress and goals

- Perform fitness assessments, including taking client measurements and progress evaluations

- Fulfill trainer floor hours and desk responsibilities as scheduled

- Represent Asylum Fitness through a strong social media presence and community engagement

- Attend trainer meetings with gym management to align on programming, expectations, and development- Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning by pursuing additional certifications and staying current on industry trends

Requirements:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

- nationally recognized certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)- CPR/AED certification preferred

- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals- Strong communication, motivational, customer retention, and time management skills

- Willingness to participate in sales activities including but not limited to cultivating warm leads through an authentic and consistent social media presence, engaging in strategic cold outreach and follow up with prospective clients, building rapport during consultations and initial assessments to convert interest into long term commitments, collaborating with gym staff and management to identify new lead opportunities and referral networks

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital fitness engagement is a plus
