About Us

Popeyes in Aston, PA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead operations, build a strong team, and drive business success. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to grow within a fast-paced and expanding company.

Job Overview

The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, financial performance, employee development, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that Popeyes' high standards are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Hire, train, and develop employees to create a strong, customer-focused team.
  • Manage labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer service concerns in a professional and effective manner.
  • Monitor and maintain financial reports, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example to foster a positive work environment and maintain employee morale.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant/QSR preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to train and motivate employees, ensuring top performance.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
