Training Facilitation Support

- Coordinate and support training sessions

- Schedule training rooms and ensure facility availability

- Prepare training and meeting rooms including equipment materials and supplies.

- Assist facilitators with logistics and participant management and tracking

- Develop and distribute training materials communications and participant documentation.

- Track attendance and maintain training records.

- Provide general administrative support for department operations and business plan cycle.

- Manage calendars schedules and meeting coordination.

- Draft edit and distribute email communications notices and business correspondence.

- Maintain department files records and documentation.

- Create reports presentations and business documents.

Survey Administration Reporting

- Create distribute and monitor Training surveys and questionnaires.

- Collect compile and analyze survey responses.

- Prepare summary reports and presentation materials highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Maintain records of survey results and action items.

Office Business Operations Support

- Coordinate logistics for meetings training sessions workshops and special events.

- Arrange room reservations event catering pick up and planning.

- catering equipment and other event requirements.

- Support planning and execution of departmental and company events.

- Prepare meeting agendas materials minutes and follow-up communications.

This is a Contract position based out of Raymond, OH.

The pay range for this position is $31.60 - $31.60/hr.
