Position Summary

An Independent Truck Driver Placement Specialist is responsible for connecting qualified CDL and non-CDL drivers with trucking companies that are actively hiring. Working as an independent contractor, the Placement Specialist recruits, screens, and refers drivers while building strong relationships with both drivers and motor carriers.This business offers the flexibility to work remotely, set your own schedule, and earn income through placement commissions based on successful driver hires.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Recruit qualified truck drivers through various marketing methods.
  • Conduct initial driver interviews and pre-screen applicants.
