Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, fully licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) to join our thriving outpatient team! In this role, you will enjoy the clinical autonomy to design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, provide impactful individual therapy, and support clients through their mental health journeys. Responsibilities 
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
