Job Summary:

Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years experience working on complex web applications built with modern tools and a proven track record as a lead developer.
• Familiarity with the tech stack including React, Typescript, Golang, Tailwind, MUI, Redux (rtk-query), AmplifyJS, and AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Cloudwatch, Cloudformation, SQS.
• Passionate about crafting software and taking pride in building systems that are elegant and efficient.
• Ability to design thoughtful solutions by exploring multiple avenues and weighing edge cases and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and understand customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate, discuss, and debate constructively with teammates.
• Hardworking and understanding the importance of working smart and hard.
• Willingness to work in person and thrive in highly collaborative environments.
