Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments through interviews and various diagnostic tools to inform treatment planning.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Implementing interventions grounded in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral methods, or other effective therapeutic modalities.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with confidentiality standards and applicable regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.
• Providing education, support, and resources to clients and their families to empower self-management and recovery strategies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development and training to remain updated on best practices and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults grappling with various mental health concerns, primarily focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. You will be particularly impactful in providing care that is sensitive to cultural differences and life experiences, ensuring each person feels understood and valued. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of New York.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
