We are hiring a driven Area Sales Director to launch and grow our Orlando, Florida market by recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing sales organization.

In this role, you’ll recruit the Senior Design Consultant(s) who will become the field leaders for your market, build a team of Marketing Coordinators (door-to-door canvassers), and develop a winning culture that consistently generates qualified homeowner appointments.

• 100% commission and team override compensation
• Expected annual earnings of $70,000–$120,000+

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and hire the Senior Design Consultant(s) who will become the leadership foundation of your market
• Recruit and build a team of Marketing Coordinators responsible for door-to-door canvassing and appointment generation
• Develop your Senior Design Consultant(s) to train, coach, and lead the team in the field
• Ensure every new Marketing Coordinator is trained on Aspen Bravo’s proven canvassing system, including scripts, objection handling, mindset, grit, and appointment setting
• Recruit, develop, and mentor future Design Consultants and market leaders
• Drive recruiting, production, accountability, and growth throughout your market

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for recruiting and developing people
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Preferred

• Experience recruiting sales professionals
• Leadership experience in door-to-door or commissioned sales
• Background in solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, alarms, telecommunications, or other in-home sales industries
