Job Description Paralegal - Litigation & Trial Support Wheat Ridge, CO Full-Time High-Impact Legal Work National Case Exposure Are you a detail-driven litigation paralegal with a passion for complex cases and high-profile legal work? A prestigious law practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their thriving team near Downtown Denver. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier litigation teams across the country on cases that demand sharp organization, deep legal insight, and a proactive mindset. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with litigation teams on complex cases, hearings, investigations, and due diligence projects
- Manage litigation workflows and assist with strategic case planning
- Coordinate discovery processes including document collection, ESI database organization, and document review
- Prepare documents for production, discovery responses, and court filings (state, federal, and administrative tribunals)
- Summarize depositions and perform preliminary legal and factual research
- Maintain and update case files in client web databases
- Provide logistical and technological trial support-locally or nationally
- 5+ years of paralegal experience with a focus in litigation
- Paralegal Degree or Certificate required (RP, CP, or college degree preferred)
- Expertise in eDiscovery platforms and litigation management systems
- Familiarity with both state and federal litigation procedures
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure setting
