  • CI/CD & Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions to support rapid, secure software delivery.
  • Identity & Access Control: Administer and audit secure access controls across systems using Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity Center.
  • Observability & Incident Response: Deploy, configure, and maintain unified logging and monitoring stacks; actively participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation.
  • Compliance & Security: Support the execution and maintenance of technical security controls required for SOC 2 compliance.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, and Security teams to align infrastructure with operational needs. Author and maintain high-quality internal documentation for configurations, runbooks, and architectures.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of technical experience in Cloud, Systems, DevOps, or technical QA environments.
  • Programming/Scripting: Functional ability in at least one backend or scripting language
  • (e.g., Python, Go, C).
  • Core Fundamentals:
  • -Solid grasp of foundational networking protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
  • -Strong Linux system administration basics (Systemd, Bash, basic debugging,
  • shell utilities).
  • -Familiarity with foundational DevOps principles: Version Control (Git), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and core security mechanics (Encryption, Authentication / Authorization).
  • -Baseline exposure to at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification
  • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
  • Hands-on experience with Proxmox VE or similar Type-1 hypervisors
  • Experience with containerization (Docker)
