Hybrid Role – Primarily In-Office | Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Bonus
Design and packaging company seeks a motivated Executive Assistant who is ready to take ownership, grow with the company, and be an integral part of our success story.  Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creativity, business, and executive-level support? Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
· Assist in the coordination of retail and wholesale operations
· Support design initiatives and administrative functions
· Help drive marketing and sales efforts with a creative edge
· Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with precision
· Contribute to presentations, reports, and design projects using computer-based tools
· Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
· Strong background in retail, wholesale, and design environments

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in Mac and Windows platforms
· Skilled in IT support and computer-based design tools is mandatory

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Bachelor’s degree in business, and COMPUTER SCIENCE preferred
· DESIGN BACKGROUND VERY HELPFUL (MAC AND APPLE PRODUCTS)
