The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal moment. Our co-founder and CEO, who previously managed all marketing efforts with the help of subcontractors, is transitioning to focus exclusively on design and manufacturing. This is where you come in.

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building and leading our marketing function from the ground up, with the goal of scaling our brand and driving significant revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• Take Full Ownership: Lead all marketing efforts for SmartAdditions Inc., including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
• Drive Sales: Take over and optimize our current advertising efforts on social media and other platforms, driving sales through our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace.
• Lead Brand Development: Evolve our brand to position us as a premium, high-end automotive accessory provider for our upcoming product lines.
• Manage the Marketing Stack: Oversee and improve our current digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Be Innovative and Productive: Develop and implement creative, data-driven campaigns to acquire new customers and increase market share in the US and international markets .

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: A track record of success in marketing, specifically in taking small brands and scaling them up. Experience in the automotive or consumer goods sector is a plus.
• Hands-On Leadership: You are as comfortable building strategy as you are executing the tactics. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Digital Marketing Expert: Deep knowledge of Shopify, Amazon seller tools, social media advertising, and other digital channels.
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced, small-company environment where you can have a massive impact.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
