As the Nurse Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth medical operation of our inpatient services . This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership position-we're looking for someone who's ready toroll up their sleeves, step in where needed, and lead by example. You'll work closely with staff and clients to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff across all levels of care.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing team members.
• Ensure compliance withOMHSASandThe Joint Commissionstandards.
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee medication management, infection control, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff.

• Leadership with a hands-on approach- You won't just delegate; you'll jump in and help wherever needed.
• Leadership experience- Prior experience in a leadership role within themental health treatment spaceis strongly preferred.
• Team builder- You know how to foster collaboration and create a positive, supportive work culture.
• Adaptability & problem-solving skills- No two days are the same, and you need to be ready for anything.
• Strong communication skills- Able to give and receive feedback with an open mind.

Qualifications:

• Activenursing licensein PA.
• Minimum 4years of nursing leadership experience, with at least2 years in a behavioral health treatment setting.
• Strong knowledge ofOMHSASandJoint Commissioncompliance requirements.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage a nursing team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
