Position Summary

The East Security Screening Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security screening of guests and employees. The security screening process is key to the success of the event.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the briefing, deployment, and training of team members.

2. Effectively communicate venue policies and procedures to Argus team members and patrons.

3. Ensure that staff are approachable and understand how to meet the needs of our client.

4. Develop an effective working relationship with other departments at the venue.

5. Communicate in real time with venue management regarding any incidents that occur.

6. Document any actions taken that involve employees and guests.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.
