ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESJoins all scoping calls assigned to Tiger TeamRecords the scoping call notesCreates and facilitates the delivery/receipt of contracts and amendments related to the engagementCreates and activates projects accurately and allocates Master Planning hours (in Mavenlink)Collaborates with teammates to ensure accurate project data is entered into Mavenlink, including custom fields and regular data audit/review/update throughout the engagementManages accuracy and accountability of TT members with respect to:timeline of engagementindividual taskstimekeepingbudgetinginvoicingdata captureCommunicates and coordinates project updates with the CCC via emailCoordinates calls between internal and external parties and records notes for update calls with client and counselWorks an “on-call” shift one time per week to cover Arete 911 serviceCoordinates the initial scoping call during 911 coverageMay perform other duties as assigned by managementSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEAbility to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to accurately and efficiently communicate with the organization through both written documents and oral interactionsAbility to effectively guide, motivate, and manage a Tiger TeamTechnical requirements:MS Office (including MS Teams)Mavenlink and/or CRM experience, preferredVirtual meeting tool experience (i.e. Zoom, Webex, etc.)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA deep understanding of working with legal counselExperience working with and communicating to C-level executives, attorneys, and insurance carriersJOB REQUIREMENTSAssociate's Degree and 4+ years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment or Bachelor's DegreeFluent in English, reading and writingMust have flexibility with work hours to accommodate “on-call” shiftsDISCLAIMERThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
